New in! Our butchers have come up with a brand new product… introducing the Venison Sausage Wheel!
Perfect for BBQs- this extra long chipolata-sized sausage wheel is made from coarsely minced, locally sourced wild venison, pork belly, fresh rosemary (grown here at Dews Meadow Farm!), smoked paprika, salt, cracked black pepper and gluten-free rusk.
Each wheel weighs approx 200-250g and is priced at £14.99 per kg (approx £3-£3.50 per wheel).
This extra juicy and surprisingly succulent sausage is now a new favourite amongst the staff so we’d love to know what you think!
