We’re pleased to announce that our shelves are now back fully stocked up with Wessex Mill Flour & Rolled Porridge Oats.
Wessex Mill is a local, fourth generation family-run Mill based in Wantage where all of the wheat they use is grown locally- you can find the names of the farms the wheat has come from on the back of every packet!
The Mill has been running for over 100 years and still uses the traditional slow roller milling process, which helps preserve the protein in the flour that is often compromised when using the more modern energy-intensive debranning method.
